 Managers : Phuong and Pascal LEFEBVRE create FullMoon in 1996 and Jibe's in 2000. Before be married Phuong worked at Saigon in real estate and Pascal (from france) arrived in Vietnam in 1995 to set up some branches of Novotel hotel in Phan Thiet. They managed together Jibe's center and FullMoon, and they currently care about new resort and Jibe's center building (news coming soon!). |
